I can't believe I never thought of that. As I was reading the words, I felt one of those 'should of had a v8'/ slap myself in the forehead moments where it all made sense. For serious artists who are actually putting time into their craft (both lyrics and music) it really is a phenomenal idea to play at libraries. I used to work (very briefly) at a library, you would be amazed at the amount of people that actually show up for the events held within. ... my only concern though would be that you may not be reaching the right audience. If you are looking to grow a cult following and a large enough fanbase to eventually pack those larger venues. LIBRARIES!! I can’t believe I never thought of that.
